Infiniti QX80 2021 in Russia: new salon and price increase.
Russia has started accepting orders for the updated Infiniti QX80 SUV 2021 model year.

The car received a tangible portion of improvements, affecting mainly the interior and instrumentation. In particular, the center console has been modernized, on which two large touchscreen displays are now located.

The base price of Infiniti QX80 after the introduction of innovations has increased by 250 thousand rubles and now amounts to 5,740,000 rubles. You can book a car in the showrooms of the official dealers of the brand.

So, the main metamorphoses are associated with the front panel. Following the «junior» models, the QX80 acquired an improved Infiniti InTouch complex with a pair of touchscreens (both with a resolution of 1280 × 768 pixels).

The 8-inch top screen is responsible for navigating and connecting smartphones via Android Auto.

The lower 7-inch display is designed to control multimedia, air conditioning and service functions.

System performance has improved so that it responds to user input faster than before. The number of recognizable commands has increased to 6000 (was 500).

In addition to the console, the central tunnel was rebuilt. The instrument cluster has also been updated — the outdated monochrome screen has been replaced by a 7-inch color screen with customizable graphics.

Exterior enhancements are limited to the addition of two new body colors — Mineral Black and Coulis Red (red).

No other innovations are foreseen. The Infiniti QX80’s cabin can still be 7-seater with separate seats in the second row or 8-seater with a single sofa for three instead of the captain’s seats.

The technique of the model is completely preserved. Uncontested V8 5.6 engine with 405 hp. combined with 7-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. Independent suspension, rear with pneumatic bellows. Body vibration control is standard.

Prices and configurations in detail

The new Infiniti QX80 2021 is offered in two trim levels — Luxe Sensory and Luxe Sensory ProActive.

The first one is available at a price of 5,740,000 or 5,755,000 rubles (7 or 8 seats). It includes LED adaptive optics, power steering column with memory, front seat ventilation, rear seat entertainment with 8-inch screens and HDMI, panoramic cameras, cruise control and automatic parking space detection, and a power sunroof.

The ProActive version (price 6,140,000 or 6,155,000 rubles) additionally receives a digital rear-view mirror, premium Bose acoustics with 7 speakers and the function of remote folding of the second row seats.

The complex of electronic assistants has also been expanded here — there are systems for maintaining the distance to the vehicle in front, warning about leaving the lane, detecting objects in the blind zone, monitoring interference when reversing and assistance with emergency braking.

There is also an intelligent cruise control that replaces the usual one.
