Jaguar F-Type 2022 comes in a new 444-horsepower P450.
Jaguar is simplifying its F-Type lineup for 2022 and will market its sports car exclusively as a V8 model.
The softer P450 Jaguar, available as a coupe or convertible, is powered by a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 with 444 horsepower to the rear wheels or to all four wheels for optimal traction.
In any case, it will accelerate to 96 km / h in just 4.4 seconds, and the top speed will be 285 km / h.
The F-Type R remains unchanged for the 2022 model year. It has the same engine but produces 575 hp. on all four wheels.
All this helps the car accelerate to 96 km / h in 3.5 seconds.
Despite the lower power output, the F-Type P450 is equipped with a standard electronic differential to help it maintain traction.
It uses the same engine as the F-Type R, the P450 will get the same active exhaust function.
Standard 20-inch wheels help the car look right.
The F-Type’s design hasn’t changed since its 2021 refresh.
The new look is dominated by slim LED headlights, a clamshell bonnet and equally slim taillights.
The car is offered in 11 standard colors. The interior also features leather and chrome surfaces.
All F-Type P450 models come with a 12.3-inch driver display that can be configured to display maps and display modes.
The base F-Type P450 comes with six-way adjustable seats. R-Dynamic AWD trim adds 12-way adjustable seats, an electrically adjustable steering column, a Delta aluminum center console and metal sill skirts with R-Dynamic branding.
Deliveries of the new vehicles are expected to begin next month.
