Externally, the electric liftback Mercedes-Benz EQS has the characteristic lines of a premium car. The exterior is elegant and aesthetically pleasing with aggressive notes.
The windshield frame is pushed forward. Narrow elongated headlights resemble the eyes of a beast of prey.
Between the headlights, on a black bezel, there is a silver company logo. The lower part of the bumper is equipped with an air intake with horizontal sections.
A large panoramic glass is realized on the roof of the car. At the rear of the body is a single solid LED light that crosses the top of the boot lid.
Salon
The interior of the model is visually excellent. The large salon impresses with its technology and aesthetics.
The dashboard is a continuous touchscreen display, MBUX Hyperscreen systems, divided into three screen segments.
In front of the driver there is a screen that displays the speed, the level of charge of the electric motor and other technical indicators.
The central monitor visualizes safety icons, MBUX augmented reality navigation that overlays driving directions on the video of the road ahead.
The edge display is used to control multimedia functions.
On the basic version of the EQX +, there is no MBUX Hyperscreen system.
By analogy with the S-class, a separate 12.5-inch dashboard is mounted, and a multimedia tablet is installed in the center.
An AR head-up display is also implemented to assist the driver, projecting navigation prompts onto the windshield.
The developers have tried to make the stay in the cabin as comfortable as possible. For this, a special Power Nap system has been introduced.
It is aimed at relieving stress after a long ride: during recharging, the seats automatically recline, a special curtain closes the panoramic glass, and relaxing and soothing sound effects are turned on, which drown out annoying sounds outside.
Suspension
The EQS chassis was equipped with air suspension and an all-wheel steering chassis. The maximum turn of the rear wheels is 4.5 degrees.
If you pay extra, the angle of rotation will be increased to 10 degrees. You can buy additional options even while driving.

Release date and prices
Dealerships in the United States are the first to anticipate the arrival of the EQS line in fall 2021. The exact price will be announced closer to the release.
