Suzuki Jimny 2022 is a Japanese SUV, which first appeared on the market back in 1968. The car has a compact size and impressive off-road capabilities.
On the territory of Russia debuted in late 1998 as a third-generation car. Most experts estimate this model as a direct competitor of domestic off-road vehicles from the Lada Niva and UAZ Patriot series.
At the same time, it has a number of advantages over these rivals. Now in Russian car dealerships of Suzuki, Jimny is presented as a model of the fourth generation.
The price for the 2022 Suzuki Jimny ranges from 1,789 to 1,999 million rubles. In any of the versions, the SUV gets a 1.5-liter atmospheric engine and an all-wheel drive system.

In terms of its device, Suzuki jimny is a typical representative of SUV class.
It has a frame construction, is equipped with uncut axles, as well as a «gearbox» with a downshift. In order to make the body rigid, the truck was supplemented with transverse elements.

In this technical performance the car is quite economical. For the version with an «automatic» the average fuel consumption is 7.5 liters, and the variant with a manual gearbox consumes 6.8 liters per every 100 kilometers.

Design
As for the design of the car, it is quite original and not like most of the modern SUV representatives. The body of the Suzuki Jimny 2022 has an angular, close to square, shape.
The SUV also gets uncharacteristically round headlights and a narrow grille. Due to the fact that the front pillars are narrow and almost vertical, the visibility from the cabin is excellent.
The sides of the body are emphasized by large black plastic extensions of wheel arches. The back has no original solutions. Except that the rear lights built into the bumper look quite unusual.
The trunk door is set almost plumb, in relation to the body, and the spare wheel is placed on it.
The interior of the car is very simple and utilitarian.
The entire front panel is a solid plastic element without any decor or other trim.
The dashboard is a classical analog scales of speedometer and tachometer, between which there is a small display of the on-board computer.
The only element of the interior, indicating that the SUV has received modern equipment — a touchscreen multimedia system, located on top of the front panel.
Japanese SUV’s minimal dimensions do not allow it to seat on the back row with due comfort, and Suzuki Jimny seats are not too convenient and comfortable at all.
