Updated Audi A3 2024 finally revealed in the photo.
Audi A3 2024 has been seen in an updated form.

It is assumed that the novelty may debut this year, having received an improved design and, possibly, an updated line of engines.

Audi has yet to confirm a launch date for the updated A3 variant, but given that the car looks production-ready in the photos, it’s worth getting ready for Europe to see the novelty before the end of the year.

The current generation of the model debuted in Europe in 2020, although in many countries the launch was delayed by 18 months due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Spy photos show new headlights, as well as redesigned front and rear bumpers.

The grille has been given a taller Audi logo, as seen on the Q8 e-tron, and appears to be wider, but not as tall as the current version of the model.

At the rear, the bumper still has a black masking tape that hides the updated diffuser design.

The lights also have a little masking that keeps the shape of the optic but changes its internal LED pattern.

It is not yet known whether changes will be made to the engine range, but the Audi A3 may get a new, more efficient 1.5 TSI evo2 gasoline engine from the Volkswagen Group, which was introduced not so long ago.

It combines a particulate filter and a three-way catalytic converter in one module and reduces the use of precious metals in production, and improves the cylinder control system, which shuts off two cylinders at low engine load.

This new engine will also form the basis of a new generation plug-in hybrid system that will be used in models based on the MQB Evo platform in the next few years.

Using the 1.5 TSI evo2 as a base, the PHEV system should offer up to 272 hp. in its most powerful form.

In addition, the new PHEV version can also offer up to 100 km of range in all-electric mode.
