The new Audi A6 Allroad 2021: an all-road station wagon.
The Germans have presented a new Audi A6 Allroad (C8), which is the fourth generation of this all-road station wagon.
However, for the first time this model appeared in the company’s lineup exactly twenty years ago.
The new body of Audi A6 is not much different from the original Audi A6 Avant, and recognize the modification simply by the radiator grille with vertical ridges, silver bumper inserts, roof rails and protective plastic dodger around the circle.
3.0 (340 hp) 55 TFSI Business quattro S tronic can be finished in gloss black, or it can be painted in body color.
Disks on the car by default go to 18″ with tires size 225/55 R18, but for extra money you can order 21-inch. There are eleven variants of body paint and two packages with exterior decorations.
Interior of the new Audi A6 Allroad 2021 is exactly the same as on the A6 and A7 models with two touchscreens on the center console, virtual dashboard, steering wheel characteristic for the latest cars of the manufacturer and compact powertrain selector.
The rear sofa is divided into three sections — the backrests fold down in the ratio of 40:20:40, and the trunk lid already in the base has a servo drive.
The interior of the Allrode has a combined cloth and leather trim by default, for an extra fee there is a perforated leather Valcona.
The upholstery can be black, beige or brown, plus there are inserts of wood, aluminum and alcantara.
Technical Specifications
The new Audi A6 Allroad 2021 is based on MLB Evo modular platform, overall length of the all-terrain station wagon is 4,950 mm, wheelbase is 2,930, width — 1,900, height — 1,500.
The volume of a trunk is 565 liters, and with folded backs of the second row it turns out 1 680 liters. There are «rails», a grid, two hooks and a belt.
The car is equipped with adaptive air suspension as standard, but the clearance is only 139 millimeters, and when accelerating above 120 km/h ground clearance is automatically reduced to 124 mm.
Maximum clearance in Lift mode (up to 35 km/h) reaches 184 mm, while the preset offroad (up to 80 km/h) provides 169 mm.
On the European market Audi A6 Allroad quattro 2021 offered only with 3.0-liter diesel V6 TDI, and supplemented by a hybrid superstructure in the form of a starter-generator with belt drive and 48-volt battery.
The engine has three degrees of boost, but all of them are paired with an 8-band automatic and permanent all-wheel drive quattro with a self-locking center differential.
The entry-level 45 TDI develops 231 hp and 500 Nm
Intermediate 50 TDI develops 286 hp and 620 Nm.
Top 55 TDI develops 349 hp and 700 Nm.
In addition, optionally the car can be completed with an active rear differential and fully controlled chassis.
The systems assist downhill (works at speeds from 2 to 30 km/h) and body tilt control in the longitudinal and transverse directions are already in the base.
How much does it cost
At first you can buy only the special version «20 Years Allroad» with a special decor in the design of the exterior and interior.
Later there are more simple versions — for a variant 45 TDI they ask from 5,035,000 roubles, and for the petrol version 55 TFSI it is necessary to lay out at least 5,555,000 roubles.
Base equipment includes 20-inch wheels, the Bang & Olufsen audiosystem, door closers, all-around vision cameras, contour interior highlighting, leather interior, matrix headlights, a set of electronic assists, heated windshield and four-zoned climate control.
