BENTLEY showed the Flying Spur sedan in the flagship Speed version.

This modification is considered the most powerful in the current range of luxury model.

The company Bentley has shown a flagship sedan Bentley Flying Spur Speed 2022.

This car boasts a 635-horsepower 6-liter turbocharged W12 gasoline engine, working in conjunction with an upgraded 8AC gearbox and all-wheel drive system.

In terms of design, the new powerful variant of the Flying Spur Speed can be distinguished from other sedan versions by darkened optics, black décor in the exterior and special nameplates with the name of the special edition.

The sedan in the Speed version also gets carbon fiber aerodynamic dodger and original 22 inch wheels.

Its unique chips are in the interior of the Flying Spur Speed. This is a special graphic of the virtual dashboard and multimedia.

Dinamica material and its variety Dinamica Pure are used for interior trimming. And also the flagship sedan has an expanded list of available options.

The new Bentley Flying Spur Speed, along with the Mulliner Blackline presented this summer, is the only version of the model offered with a W12 engine.

Production of the basic Flying Spur Speed with a 12-cylinder engine ceased in May 2022.

BENTLEY has unveiled the Flying Spur sedan in a new flagship Speed version.

Bentley has launched a «charged» version of sedan Flying Spur, giving it a characteristic prefix Speed and the most powerful version of the brand’s W12 engine. Due to the latter the novelty gains «a hundred» in just 3.8 seconds.

According to the press service of the British brand, the «driving» Flying Spur Speed replaces the standard Flying Spur with a 12-cylinder engine.

It features an upgraded version of that engine, producing 635 hp and 900 Nm of torque — 85 hp and 130 Nm more than the downgraded Flying Spur S.

The top speed with it is limited at 333 km/h.

The W12 is paired with a ZF eight-speed robot and an intelligent all-wheel-drive system that can distribute power differently depending on the configuration.

For example, in Comfort and Bentley modes, up to 480 Nm of torque goes to the front axle, and in Sport mode, only 280 Nm of torque.

The package also includes a fully steerable chassis and active anti-roll bars.

Visually, the Speed version differs from the others by dark decor on the body, original 22-inch disks and interior design — it appeared an updated digital «dashboard» and synthetic fabric, 73% consisting of recycled polyester.

Prices for the new Bentley Flying Spur Speed have not yet been announced. It is only known that it will be sold in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East. In Russia the novelty is not planned to deliver — all hope for parallel import.
