The car was preparing for its debut at the 2015 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, but at the very last moment the management of Volkswagen AG scrapped the project.

And all the company’s efforts were thrown on the Chiron, which was presented publicly at the Geneva Motor Show in spring 2016.

How much is a Bugatti Atlantic car in rubles.

The Bugatti Atlantic was developed from scratch, and the price of the production car was fantastically high even against the background of the Veyron and Chiron.

According to preliminary calculations, the cost of the Bugatti Atlantic was 15-20 million dollars, which in rubles attracts almost a billion.

And this is for a car with an eight-cylinder engine. It is very expensive even for an exclusive car. Apparently, Volkswagen decided not to take risks with such a mediocre machine.

What makes the body design so special?

The designers of the French brand drew a new model of a sports car with an eye on the 1938 Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic.

And they tried to convey the style of a luxurious coupe of the 30s of the 20th century as much as possible. It turned out great.

The new Bugatti Atlantic sports a long bonnet, powerful body panels, a perfect roof dome, and a fantastically stylish stern with obscenely inflated rear wheel arches.

In the arsenal of the coupe there are fully LED headlights and headlights. Inimitable front bumper with a branded false radiator grille in the form of a horseshoe and huge air intakes.

The hinged butterfly side doors, like the Volkswagen XL1, are electrically operated. And access to the luggage compartment is provided by a huge panel that rises with parts of the fenders and roof.

The Bugatti Atlantic salon is two-seater, but thanks to the front-engine layout with a huge luggage compartment. For which four exclusive suitcases were specially created.
