The Cadillac CT-V 2025 Camaro-inspired coupe is shown in the first renders.
Cadillac aims to lead GM’s electric revolution and so must say goodbye to models like the CT4 and CT5 in their current form.
The renders that have hit the web show a Camaro-inspired V-series coupe, with which the CT4 and CT5 share its foundation.
The renders show a spectacular car with slightly rough features. It gets a black and gold paint job, spectacular optics with references to the Camaro and the new Lyriq.
In the design of the stern, designers clearly drew inspiration from something similar to the Batmoble. Complementing the image are cereal wheel rims with an interesting design.
In the interior of the car the theme with gold accents continues. There are wooden inserts — center tunnel and door cards, as well as three-spoke steering wheel and multimedia with a large horizontal touchscreen.
Such a coupe could get a Blackwing V8 motor, becoming the swan song for this powertrain.
Or it could try on one of Chevy’s new transmissions.
In any case, such a car is not listed in the production plans of the automaker itself in the near future, and exists only in digital form.
In the arsenal of cars are also listed onboard shock absorbers, aluminum chassis and 4.0-liter DOHC V8 Oldsmobile V8 engine, related to the 4.6-liter Cadillac Northstar V8.
Its power reaches 320 hp. To accelerate to a hundred such a sports car takes 4.4 seconds and its maximum speed is 274 km/h.
Some of the limited edition cars are supposedly equipped with a 450 hp V8. The car’s mileage is only 7,475 km.
The car comes with Carroll’s signature on the carbon fiber engine cover.
Bidding is scheduled for the end of March. Earlier our portal told us that the Cadillac CT-V 2025 coupe in the spirit of Camaro is shown in the first renders.
We should add that the regular Cadillac CT5 debuted in the spring of 2019, and 2020 was the first full year of its sales, during which, according to the resource CarSalesBase, 14,711 copies of this model were sold in the United States.
Meanwhile, the BMW Five sold 26,785 units in the U.S. in 2020, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class sold 25,499 units and the Audi A6 sold 10,535 units.
In Russia, the Cadillac CT5 is not officially represented, and the charged version of the Blackwing will not appear here either.
