Ford never tires of updating the Bronco SUV: this time the base version has been improved.

American automobile brand Ford has already repeatedly updated its own car after the introduction of the new Bronco SUV.

On the eve there is information that Ford Bronco Sport 2022 has undergone another update.

It is reported that the car, which is available on the market of Brazil, has undergone an adjustment.

According to local media, the SUV has acquired a more productive engine, and is also offered with additional body paint options.

In addition, for the most affordable version of the car developer will offer an improved level of equipment.

Thus, for the standard modification, under the hood of which the turbo unit with a capacity of 2 liters is installed, the manufacturer has offered increased indicators of power.

Now its output reaches 253 horsepower and torque is 380 N*m.

The transmission is represented by an eight-speed «automatic», paired with an all-wheel drive system, as well as a locking rear differential.

Another innovation is additional four shades for the body.

Thus, local motorists are offered 11 various basic colors. At the same time, the side pillars and the roof will be painted black.

The list of equipment is also changed. In the base model the SUV got 9 airbags, combined upholstery, heated seats, adaptive cruise control, multimedia system with an eight-inch touchscreen and improved acoustics, wireless charging for cell phones.

It is reported that the price of this modification is now equal to 266 thousand rials, which is comparable to the amount of 3.6 million rubles.

Externally, the new 2022 Ford Bronco Sport looks a bit like its older counterpart at the expense of a similar vertical front end with round headlights and a black grille plate with the model name printed on it.

There are also flat semicircular wheel arches, flat sidewalls and vertically oriented aft lights.

Unlike a full SUV, the Ford Bronco Sport crossover does not have the doors and roof removed, and the interior resembles the last-generation Escape / Kuga model.

There are similar dashboard and steering wheel, climate control unit and the tunnel between the front seats, which housed a selector puck to select the modes of the transmission and cup holders.

In the central console of the car is an 8.0-inch touch screen multimedia system Sync 3, which housed a small niche for small items.

The trunk of the new Ford Bronco Sport boasts a rubber trim, but it is impossible to wash the interior of the crossover with a hose.

Driving electronics has seven driving modes: Normal, Eco, Sport, Slippery, Sand, Mud/Ruts, Rock Crawl, plus the arsenal includes working at speeds up to 32 km/h off-road cruise control Trail Control.

Orders for the new Ford Bronco Sport are already open in the States, the crossover price overseas starts at $26,660, with five different options available for the model, ten body paint options, and more than a hundred factory accessories.

Deliveries of the first cars to customers are scheduled for the fall of the twentieth, in Russia the car will not appear.
