Geely Geometry C 2022.

The first electric Geely Geometry C appeared in our country.

The reason is simple — these cars have already started to be sold in Belarus.

And therefore from time to time there are rumors that this model is about to appear in the other part of the Union State.

In Belarus, the Geely Geometry C is sold almost secretly.

The official launch of sales was not announced, but the first owners of electric cars appeared in Belarus at the end of December 2021.

Apparently, these are those who left a preliminary application and made a full advance payment in cash — 85.9 thousand Belarusian rubles.

As a result, according to the official statistics, which we previously published, until the end of 2021, Belarusians managed to buy 18 Geely Geometry C.

At the same time, according to unofficial information, a total of 50 to 200 specimens were imported to Belarus.

Now Geely Geometry C, apparently, costs even more. According to preliminary information, the cost of the electric car has already exceeded 100 thousand Belarusian rubles.

Probably, the electric car that appeared in the Russian Federation is just of this number.

About its registration in GIBDD bodies in the Central Federal District in February, «Chinese cars» was reported to «Autostat Info».

Meanwhile, the Geely representative office assured us that they have nothing to do with this car.

And this means that the guess that it was imported for any procedures to bring it to the Russian market is not correct.

Recall, Geely Geometry C corresponds to a «golf-class» in its dimensions (4432x1833x1560 mm). Wheelbase equals 2,700 mm.

The novelty is powered by an electric motor on the front axle with an output of 204 horsepower (310 Nm).

Up to 100 km/h the car accelerates in 7.7 seconds maximum.

The base versions are equipped with a 53 kW⋅h lithium-ion battery, while the more expensive ones have 70 kW⋅h.

The charge is sufficient for 460 km according to the WLTP method.
