Genesis G90 2023.

This is what Genesis G90 2023 could look like: renders of the Korean flagship sedan.

The first renderings of the new Genesis G90 sedan under development, which is seen as a direct competitor to such models as Audi A8, BMW 7-Series and Mercedes S-Class, have appeared in the network.

The four-door in the photo has a very unusual front end design with a wide grille and twin headlight strips.

The silhouette of the car is also quite remarkable — with a very long hood and «recessed» door handles.

It is known that the new Genesis G90 itself will be longer than the outgoing generation model, which can be seen even on the renders: the area of windows of the car obviously became larger, and behind the rear doors appeared miniature jrjirb.

Thus Koreans plan to refuse current 5,0-liter turbocharged V8 in favor of 3,5-liter twin-turbo V6. Plus there will be a full electric modification in the range.

Autopilot of the third level and pneumatic suspension are promised as equipment for the forthcoming sedan.

Sales of the car should start in the first quarter of 2022.

First the G90 will appear in dealers’ showrooms on the home market in South Korea, and then will get to the U.S. With regard to Russia, we should expect the model only by the end of the twenty-second.

All a few months ago in the Network were published debut photos of updated Genesis G90, which was tested at the Nurburgring.

And now, the car is back on the track again. This time, photographers were able to look inside the cabin of the sedan.

As usual, the body of the Korean novelty is hidden under a dense camouflage film, as well as earlier test samples.

The highlight of the design is a diamond-shaped grille, which dominates the front end. The lower fascia gets a wide air intake with a pair of headlights.

The optics are two LED strips, familiar to us from other Genesis models. The side perspective emphasizes the large size of the Korean sedan.

It seems that there will be enough space in the cabin for the rear passengers to stretch out their legs. No less massive looks the trunk. It will obviously accommodate a lot of hand luggage.

As already mentioned, this time the photographers were able to capture the interior of the car.

The pictures show that it will be quite technological. There are digital dashboard with additional sensors.

On the center console there is a screen of multimedia system. However, it does not look as big as the ones installed in its luxury cars by competitors.

There is a wide opening under the infotainment complex. The HVAC system will get a separate monitor.

There are physical controls at the top of the front panel. And a rocker switch for temperature changes can be seen on the right side.

It is reported that under the hood of «Korean» is installed 3.5-liter twin-turbo V8 engine.

Exactly the same is in the crossover GV80. There it generates 375 hp and 530 N*m of torque. It is also reported that the car will get an electric transmission.

The official debut of the model should take place in 2022. The sedan will be on the market in 2023.
