GMC Hummer EV SUV (2023-2024) is an electric SUV.
The Americans have introduced a new electric SUV, the GMC Hummer EV SUV, which is essentially a GMC Hummer EV pickup with a cab in place of the cargo compartment.
Both models use the same platform and identical solutions, but there are still differences due to different positioning.
Firstly, the crossover is a half meter shorter than the pickup (4999.5 mm instead of 5507 mm), as in the city maneuverability and adequate dimensions are more important.
Naturally, the wheelbase is smaller (3218 mm instead of 3445 mm), but there is enough space inside for five people without any problems.
The first version of the Hummer EV2 will get two Ultium Drive electric motors with 625 hp and 7,400 lb-ft (10,033 Nm) of torque, and a range of about 400 km (250+ miles). It will cost $79,995, with sales not starting until spring 2024.
The second version of the Hummer EV2X will get a similar pair of electric motors, but the range will be increased to 480 km (300+ miles).
In addition to the standard features of the initial version, this modification will get support for CrabWalk and Extract Mode, as well as Adaptive Air Suspension.
This version will cost $89,995 with a market launch date of spring 2023.
The EV3X model features three electric motors with a combined output of 830 hp and 11,500 lb-ft of torque, allowing it to feature Torque Vectoring.
Cruising range is unchanged from the previous version — 480 km (300+ miles).
The Hummer will be available in Spring 2023 for $99,995.
Early on (early 2023), the Hummer EV Edition 1 version will come to buyers — three engines (830 hp /11,500 lb-ft /15,600 Nm), acceleration to 100 km/h in 3 seconds and a range of 480 km (300+ miles).
This version will cost $105,595, and the version with the Extreme Off-Road package will cost $110,595.
As we can see, the first GMC Hummer EV SUV crossover won’t hit the roads until 2023, while the GMC Hummer EV electric pickup can be seen live this year.
