Unrecognizable: the updated 2024 Hyundai Elantra with an improved engine range is presented.

Hyundai has officially unveiled the updated i30 sedan, which is known in Russia as the Elantra.

The Korean model, after a planned modernization, has qualitatively changed, becoming more like premium cars.

The new 2024 Hyundai Elantra will only hit the global market in the summer or fall.

According to the voiced information, the Korean model retained its engine range, but also received a hybrid installation.

As standard, it is equipped with a 2-liter naturally aspirated engine.

For a surcharge, a 1.6-liter turbocharged unit will be offered with it. In the sports N-version, a 2-liter turbo engine was installed.

Also in some markets, the Elantra will be offered with a hybrid setup that produces up to 141 hp. power and 265 N * m of torque.

It is paired with a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic and a 1.3-kilowatt battery.

The Korean company has not yet fully declassified its novelty.

But, according to preliminary information, the sedan will receive adaptive cruise control with advanced functionality.

More details about the new Elantra will become known in the coming months, when the «live» presentation of the car will take place.

At the same time, published photos show that the Korean sedan received a more technologically advanced and comfortable interior.

Inside it has a large screen, divided into a digital instrument panel and a multimedia touchscreen.

The front seats are distinguished by pronounced lateral support, and the seats are trimmed with artificial leather.

The Elantra itself looks more down to earth due to the sloping roofline.

This, combined with the large air intakes in the front bumper and the stepped stern, gives the car a sporty look.

The novelty has received small changes in design, which give it a sharper and more angular look.

Much attention is paid to the manufacturer’s horizontal lines and motifs, which have become characteristic of the latest models of the company.

New headlights, updated bumpers and a redesigned grille all add to the modern look of the popular car.

The photos also show the new design of the alloy wheels.

Unlike the latest Kona and other Hyundai models, the Elantra does not have an LED strip between the headlights, although the aft LED bar remains unchanged in the updated version.
