KIA XCeed 2023.
The KIA XCeed 2023 received a soft-hybrid version and a sporty GT-Line version.
Koreans have declassified the updated version of the all-road hatchback KIA XCeed 2023 model year.
In the first planned restyling, the car received a revised exterior.
The updated model of the Kia XCeed 2023 has got modified bumpers and narrower grille.
At the back a black diffuser and other lights appeared. A new type of nameplates and 18-inch wheels (option) became available for the car.
Depending on the specific configuration, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a modern multimedia with a 10.25-inch display may be installed inside the five-door.
As part of the update, the car also received additional USB-C connectors on the second row, plus the most recent release of the «KIA Connect» system was added to the equipment list.
And there is also a «sporty» GT-Line package in the range, which has a number of features.
From the outside, it can be recognized by an even narrower grille.
The front bumper of such XCEED has large air intakes, while the rear diffuser is painted under the body color.
The interior features front seats with more side support, upholstered black fabric ceiling and steering wheel with beveled bottom rim.
The powertrain lineup of the KIA XCeed 2023 is represented by several motors.
In base the cross-hatch is completed with 1,0-liter T-GDI on 120 h.p. As an alternative, a 1.6-liter diesel engine with 136 horsepower is offered.
Execution GT-Line relies on 1,6-liter turbo-engine from Proceed GT, which puts out 204 «horses».
With such engine the five-door is able to accelerate from a place up to a hundred in 7.5 seconds.
As well as before, there is a full hybrid in the lineup, which power installation consists of a 1,6-liter diesel engine and electric motor.
The last one receives energy from traction battery with capacity of 8,9 kw/h. On electric power alone the car can travel up to 60 kilometers.
Plus, a «soft» hybrid XCeed MHEV has become available for the updated model.
It is equipped with «turbo» at 120 horsepower and has an electric superstructure.
Besides, such hatchback corresponds to a manual gearbox iMT (Intelligent Manual Transmission) with an electric clutch pedal.
In the European market sales of the new Kia XCeed will start in September of the twenty-second, and the production of cars for the local market will be set up in Slovakia.
But the appearance of the model in Russia is questionable, as previously the Koreans have suspended work on our market.
