SAIC in honor of the 5th anniversary of the MAXUS Tiger pickup truck has released a special 5th Anniversary Edition: a reliable engine and high safety.
Five years have passed since the official launch of the SAIC MAXUS Tiger in China.
As the brand’s family of pickup trucks continues to grow, it has achieved outstanding sales in the international market and received widespread consumer recognition.
Now, on the occasion of its fifth anniversary, MAXUS has launched the Tiger 5th Anniversary Edition 2023, which combines high power, great space, safety, intelligence and superior quality.
This all-new five-star fashion product has already won the hearts of many pickup truck enthusiasts.
The powertrain installed on the MAXUS Tiger 5th Anniversary Edition is one of the top ten engines in China.
This is a diesel SAIC 2.0T engine with an output of 100 kW (136 hp) and a maximum torque of 350 N*m.
The manufacturer has provided three driving modes, namely ECO, NORMAL and POWER, which increases the versatility of the pickup, and the combination of all-wheel drive system with time-sharing BorgWarner and automatic differential lock Eaton fully meets the needs of off-road lovers.
The pickup’s space can be divided into two parts — cargo and interior — and the Tiger 5th Anniversary Edition is good in both aspects.
In the cabin, the distance between the first and second rows reaches 930 mm, and full gradient rear spring technology provides plenty of room and a comfortable ride.
The pickup is equipped with a new intelligent in-car network system. Its 10-inch touchscreen is responsive and easy to use.
It supports a variety of functions such as cell phone connectivity, voice recognition, navigation and online entertainment.
As for the cargo area, the Tiger 5th Anniversary Edition uses a flat-bottom design with no wheelie bag.
This saves effort when loading and unloading. The size of the cargo compartment is 1800x1510x530 mm.

Laser hybrid welding and thermoforming technologies are used to assemble the body, and the length of welds does not exceed 3000 mm.
Also the safety level is increased by four-wheel disc brakes and TPMS tire pressure monitoring system.
