Maximum power — 730 hp. at 6700-6900 rpm, maximum torque — 800 Nm at 2000-6000 rpm.

All power is transferred to the rear wheels via a rear-mounted, heavy-duty 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch) automatic transmission.

To the first «hundred» Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series accelerates in 3.2 seconds, top speed — 325 km / h.

Compared to other versions of the Mercedes-AMG GT coupe, the Black Series body is additionally lightened due to the wider use of carbon fiber (in particular, the cardan tunnel is made of it), an aerodynamic package with many adjustments based on the racing Mercedes-AMG GT3, adaptive shock absorbers with road clearance, soft Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R MO tires.

As an option, a track package with carbon fiber seats, four-point belts, a half-roll cage and a fire extinguishing system is offered — all this was installed on the car of Maro Engel.
