Nissan Terra 2022. Nissan has unveiled the redesigned Terra SUV on the Thai market.
Japanese car maker Nissan has unveiled a redesigned Terra SUV for buyers. It differs from its predecessor «freshened» design.
Visually restyled Terra can be recognized by new LED headlights. Nissan says they shine 34% brighter than before.
In addition, the manufacturer increased the grille and changed the wheel rims — their diameter in different versions varies from 17 to 18 inches.
The interior has also changed. Everything is made in the style of modern Nissan crossovers: with a large color display, a media system with an eight-inch touchscreen, voice control, a separate 11-inch TV for rear seat passengers.
The seven-seat frame car boasts a «freshened up» exterior, a 190-horsepower bi-turbo diesel and a new modern interior.
The restyled Nissan Terra has new LED headlights, increased radiator grille, other taillights, and new 17-18-inch wheels.
The interior of the truck does not look like interior of a related Navara pickup. The new truck is made in the style of Nissan’s modern crossovers.
In the center of the «instrument panel» there is a large color display. Car received a media system Nissan Connect with an 8-inch touchscreen, voice control and Apple CarPlay, premium acoustics Bose and a separate 11-inch «TV» for rear passengers.
Nissan unveiled an updated Terra frame SUV, which was last upgraded about three years ago.
The vehicle, built on the platform of the Navara pickup, has changed both externally and internally.
Nissan has prepared an updated front and rear bumper for the Terra.
The former is now supplemented by a wide metal plate, which protects the bottom, and relatively large side openings for venting of brake discs and fog lights.
At the same time, the manufacturer has increased the size of the radiator grille and expanded the signature V-shaped inset that runs along its perimeter.
Also the engineers have changed the graphics of the front and rear optics, which is complemented by LEDs.
The headlights now shine 34% brighter than the previous Terra version.
Compared to the pre-reformed model the new truck is larger. Its length reaches 4890 mm, width — 1865 mm, height — 1865 mm.
The Japanese model has completely redesigned the front panel and installed a new 9-inch touch screen.
By default, the SUV is equipped with an electronic parking brake, and in top versions, there is an expensive stereo system.
After the upgrades, the Nissan Terra acquired a proprietary safety package that includes automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring and other systems.
Under the hood of Japanese SUV is installed turbodiesel 2.3 liter engine. Its declared power reaches 190 hp with a maximum torque of 450 N*m.
By default, this unit is combined with all-wheel drive, augmented by a lockable rear differential, and a 9-band automatic transmission.
