Tuning company Hennessey has re-released its Venom 775 based on the Ford F-150 pickup as the perfect aftermarket solution for the Ram 1500 TRX and Ford F-150 Raptor R.

To ensure its F-150 can compete with the F-150 Raptor R, Hennessey took the truck’s standard 5.0-liter Ti-VCT V8 engine and added a 3.0-liter supercharger to it.

Typically this engine produces 400 hp. and 556 Nm, but the presence of a supercharger and air-to-water intercooler means that it is now capable of producing 775 hp. and 985 Nm.

Hennessey also upgraded the truck’s fuel injectors and fuel system and installed a high-flow air intake system as well as a stainless steel return exhaust.

An increase in power of 94% and torque of 77% allows the Hennessey F-150 Venom 775 to accelerate from 0 to 96 km/h in just 3.6 seconds. The tuner did not complete the engine upgrade.
