Restyled Hyundai Venue 2022.

The Venue crossover that came out several years ago turned out to be very popular on Indian market.

But Hyundai intends to release a restyled version of its model soon.

It went out for road tests more than a month ago. However, until now the exterior of the new Hyundai Venue 2022 has not been revealed.

And this is despite the fact that the restyled crossover is scheduled to go on sale on June 16.

Now Indian media published the only image of the basic version of the new Venue.

The fact that this is the entry-level model is indicated by steel rims. After the restyling, the price of Venue is expected to increase slightly in India.

That is, the price of the crossover will still be around 700,000 rubles (recalculated at current exchange rates).

Even the basic version of the redesigned Venue will use a larger grille.

Also the standard crossover will be equipped with LED taillights.

The interior will retain the same layout, although it is possible that new trim materials will be used inside.

In more expensive versions of Venue we expect the appearance of ventilated seats of the first row, 10.25-inch touchscreen and premium Bose acoustics.

And by default, the crossover will get six airbags, a hill start assistant and a stability control system.

The engine range will consist of the same motors: 1.2-liter base, a liter turbo engine and a 1.5-liter turbodiesel.

Their maximum power is 83, 120 and 100 hp, respectively. But, perhaps, for the Venue will be prepared and 115-horsepower version of the turbodiesel.

Simultaneous premiere of the new Hyundai Venue 2022 in two regions at once due to the fact that the Koreans plan to sell the car in both the U.S. and India, and cars for these markets differ from each other in equipment.

Later the company patented the parkette in Russia, but the possible date of entry into our market is not specified.

In terms of exterior design the parkette can be easily confused with the crossover Hyundai ix25 of the second generation (the prototype of the new Creta).

Of the differences at the stern, there are square lamp blocks and a slightly revised bumper configuration.

At the same time the interior of Venue is original, although there is nothing remarkable in the interior design.

The front panel has a simple design with located between the ventilation deflectors 8.0-inch multimedia system display that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

There are two USB ports on the center tunnel.

The overall length of the new Hyundai Venue for the Indian market is 3,995 mm, so the car falls into the tax-advantaged four-meter category.

Variants for other markets do not have any restrictions, so there the length of the model is increased to 4,040.
