Volkswagen T-Cross 2022.

Just a few hours ago, Volkswagen representatives announced that the T-Cross 2022 will go on sale with two engine variants.

A total of five different modifications will be available, priced from 114,900 yuan (1.3 million rubles).

The novelty, based on the Volkswagen MQB platform, will offer a very modern design.

And the most luxurious version will add heated front seats and an electronic rearview mirror.

As the power unit offered two options in volume of 1.5 and 1.4 liters. Maximum power of motors will be 113 and 150 horsepower, respectively.

Their torque will be equal to 145 N*m and 250 N*m. Transmission for the 1.5 liter engine uses either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 6-band automatic.

The 1.4-liter motor is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch robot.

In terms of dimensions Volkswagen T-Cross is a typical representative of the subcompact class: its length extends to 4107 mm, width is 1750 mm and height fits in 1558 mm.

The distance between the wheel pairs of front and rear axles is 2563 mm, and its ground clearance does not exceed 184 mm.

It should be noted that in South America and China, the car is offered in an elongated version: its total length is 4199 mm, of which the wheelbase has 2651 mm (and all the increase is at the mercy of the rear passengers).
