Last spring, Changan launched the new 2023 Oshan Z6 premium crossover to the home market.
The car stands out from the competition with both non-standard appearance and rich equipment. Now the Chinese model is available on the Russian market. Moreover, we offered it at a relatively low price.
For the Chinese novelty, they requested a minimum of 2.11 million rubles.
However, this proposal has one important nuance: the crossover was brought as part of a parallel import, and it is available only in car dealerships in Vladivostok.
Changan does not officially supply cars of the Oshan sub-brand to Russia, although rumors about the appearance of this brand in our country have been circulating for a long time.
The length of the Chinese crossover is 4699 mm, width — 1890 mm, height — 1660 mm. So far, one modification of the Chinese model has been brought to Russia.
Under the hood, she hides a turbocharged engine that produces no more than 188 hp. and 300 N * m of torque.
A hybrid version is also available in the home market for Oshan Z6, the total output of which reaches 279 hp.
A robotic gearbox is supplied with the specified motor. This model does not have all-wheel drive.
One of the main advantages of the Chinese novelty is 3 screens placed in a checkerboard pattern.
Included with the crossover are displays with a diagonal of 10.3, 12.3 and 9.1 inches. The latter is placed directly under the windshield.
The arsenal of the SUV also includes an advanced voice control system.
The Chinese write that you can “communicate” with the car not only inside, but also outside: for example, it is enough for the owner to say that he is going to go somewhere, as the electronics will open the door, start the engine and set up the navigator.
Moreover, you can supposedly control the car park with your voice. Some profile media report the presence of six external «highly sensitive microphones» — apparently, you won’t have to use the phone to give commands.
Oshan Z6 also provides an electric brake, panoramic windows, climate, cruise, 20-inch wheels and other options.
It should be noted that Changan plans to organize the production of cars of this brand in Kazakhstan.
Therefore, it is possible that this crossover will soon begin to be delivered to Russia through official channels.
