Hyundai Celesta 2023.

A few days ago, the 2023 Hyundai Celesta sedan was included in parallel imports.

This model was previously sold only in China, from where it was brought to our country.

The sedan can be called a more comfortable version of the Solaris, the only difference with which is that the Celesta has a longer wheelbase.

The Korean novelty was offered at a price of 2.25 million rubles. However, this model is not without a number of important shortcomings.

The plus and minus of the Celesta, brought to the Russian market, can be called the 1.6-liter “aspirated” engine.

This unit was installed on Solaris for many years, which was supplied to the domestic market. However, the engine is adapted for China.

That is, it is possible that the motor installed on Celesta is less durable in comparison with a similar unit that was used on Solaris.

But the advantages of the presented new product include the fact that it is quite easy to maintain.

The fact is that most of the design parts and components for Celesta are suitable from Solaris.

Therefore, there will be no problems finding components for the new product in Russia.

It should also be noted that due to high competition in the market, the parts themselves (even imported from abroad) will be relatively cheap.

Another advantage of the Korean model is low fuel consumption.

It should also be noted that the car is used as a taxi car.

This also confirms the high reliability of the Korean model, capable of traveling several hundred thousand kilometers.

But it is not known exactly what changes Hyundai has prepared when adapting Celesta to the Chinese market.

Perhaps some of them will eventually begin to create problems for Russian owners of the Korean model.

Hyundai Celesta is a compact sedan that occupies an intermediate position between the Solaris and Elantra models.

It differs from them with an increased wheelbase of 50 mm, amounting to 2650 mm.

The sedan is available in the only GL configuration, which is equipped with airbags, 15-inch alloy wheels, electric windows in all doors, air conditioning, rear parking sensors, tire pressure sensors, an on-board computer with a monochrome screen and a standard radio with a small non-touch display.

The car is powered by a 1.6-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 123 hp, paired with a classic six-speed automatic transmission. The drive is exclusively front-wheel drive.

Dealers are asking for the Hyundai Celesta 2023 sedan from 2,250,000 to 2,520,000 rubles.
