KIA EV6 2025.

The updated KIA EV6 electric car appeared in the first renderings.

Western publications have published renderings of the restyled electric crossover KIA EV6.

As expected, the new 2025 model year will be presented next year and will receive a greatly modified appearance — new LEDs and an updated bumper, which will significantly change its “face” features.

The Kia EV6, the automaker’s first dedicated electric model to debut in 2021, may still seem young, but preparations for its refresh are already underway.

An updated version is currently in development and will debut next year.

This update aims to bring the EV6 in line with Kia’s new EV models in both styling and technology.

Heavily camouflaged prototypes are already on the roads in South Korea, indicating that it won’t be long before spy photographers catch test cars in Europe and North America.

While we wait for their spy shots, we’re sharing a rumored rendering to give you an idea of what to expect from the upcoming facelift.

Tavid Hilber, Kia Europe’s marketing director, shared some thoughts with Auto Express on the upcoming «improvements» for the EV6, saying that adopting a common design language with the EV9 is «something to look forward to.»

This confirms that the updated EV6 will take styling cues from the Kia EV3, EV4 and EV5, all of which showcase the updated design language introduced by the flagship EV9.

The profile and overall silhouette typical of mid-life cycle updates are expected to remain largely unchanged from the outgoing model, with the exception of potential new alloy wheel designs and trim options.

However, significant changes are expected at the front for the EV6, including a redesigned bumper and more sophisticated headlights.

The rear end may see minor changes in the taillight graphics, but its futuristic look is likely to remain.

Inside, the EV6 may inherit the EV9’s triple-screen panel, which also found its way into the smaller EV5 compact SUV.

We also expect an updated steering wheel and new upholstery options, as well as richer equipment in the areas of autonomous driving and connectivity.
