Manhart BMW X7 M50i 2022. The range of BMW models has caught Manhart’s fancy. Only this year, the tuning studio has presented six projects based on models of the brand.

Now the tuner releases the seventh masterpiece, BMW X7 M50i, in corporate black and gold style!

Manhart has tweaked the full-size luxury SUV, which now develops 650 horsepower and 950 Nm of torque.

The standard 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine makes 530 hp and 750 Nm as standard.

Additional appeal was gained by tuning the N63 engine software and tying it to the sport exhaust.

It features four carbon fiber overlays and a valve control system to change the sound of the V8 on the fly.

Manhart says it can remove the particulate filter installed on the BMW X7 M50i units shipped to Europe with OPF.

In addition to working on the drivetrain, the tuner can make the BMW X7 M50i more imposing by installing 23-inch wheels, with a multi-spoke design with black and gold spokes and gold brake calipers on the rear.

The wheels run on 295/35 R23 tires and are complemented by air suspension with 25 mm less ground clearance.

To accentuate the extravagant look, Manhart used a precious metal color for all the decals and a retro-inspired windshield sticker.

The last order of business was to give BMW’s biggest SUV some carbon fiber superstructures.

They can be spotted at the front for the winglet spoiler, and at the rear for the diffuser.

Clear-coated carbon fiber has also been applied to the side mirror caps.

BMW has never sold a «charged» BMW X7M.

As it happens, BMW hasn’t released a «charged» version of its full-size X7 crossover, but Manhart atelier hasn’t been shy and has presented such a car to the public and named it the MHX7 650.

Thus, it became known that the experts took 650 hp and 920 Nm of torque from the standard 4.4-liter motor.

This was achieved by replacing the engine control unit, modernizing the exhaust system and removing the particulate filter.

Dynamic characteristics of their child tuners didn’t disclose, but we can say with confidence that the novelty will be faster than the standard BMW X7 M50i and Alpina XB7.

To complete the image «charged» crossover, specialists Manhart equipped its MHX7 650 with special rear-view mirrors, rear diffuser, front splitter, small aerodynamic elements in bumpers and painted the car in black with gold accents.

Finally, the car got 23-inch wheels and sports suspension, which at the same time reduced the ground clearance of the car by 2.5 cm.

As usual, the cost of modifications the studio did not disclose. We shall remind you that the most powerful production BMW X7 M50i is equipped with a 4.4-liter gasoline V8 developing 530 hp, which accelerates a crossover from a place up to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds.
