The Mercedes GLC 2023 has received a special «star» camouflage ahead of its upcoming debut.

The Mercedes GLC 2023 is getting ready for its debut: the crossover has abandoned camouflage in favor of the star wrap the brand uses quite often for its new products.

In the official teasers, where the new Mercedes GLC is clad in a dressy disguise, we see quite a few interesting details.

The GLC will have an evolutionary design with a single stripe grille and a new honeycomb pattern.

And the image is completed with arrow headlights and muscular air intakes, which can be seen through the film.

Behind the front pillar are the streamlined body and side mirrors, which have been moved to the doors.

We can also see the plastic body cladding, an upwardly curving beltline and aerodynamically optimized wheels.

The rear is more evolutionary: the updated GLC features lush styling and a concealed exhaust system.

Designers also equipped the model with new taillights and a more angular tailgate. The interior will follow in the footsteps of the C-Class.

As a result, we can expect 12.3-inch digital dashboard and 11.9-inch multimedia with portrait-oriented touchscreen.

The engine range will also be in line with the C-Class sedan. It’s a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 255 hp.

Plus several diesels, including a 2.0-liter unit with 261 hp and 550 Nm of torque.

The plug-in hybrids are also available. For example, the AMG variant with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, a 6.1 kWh battery and an electric motor with up to 201 hp installed at the rear.

There are no pictures of the interior yet, but it is reported that the interior will be styled like the last C-Class.

Therefore we can conclude that the crossover will get a digital dashboard and touch screen multimedia complex under one window.

Also the car will be equipped with a lot of new electronic systems of passive safety.
