Illyrian Pure Sport: the project of the world’s first Albanian supercar At the end of December of the twentieth year, the Albanian firm Arrera Automobili declassified its first supercar — a mid-engined coupe called Illyrian Pure Sport.

It is reported that while the world’s first supercar from Albania exists exclusively in the form of a computer model, while the exterior of the two-door was invented directly by the founder of the company — designer Kendrim Taki.

Car designer Kendrim Taki, born in Kosovo and now living in Germany, founded Arrera Automobili four years ago. In addition to providing consulting services in the field of industrial design, she has been slowly recruiting a team with experience in other fields.

So, the company has an engineering department and a department for the development and production of body structures. And all in order to bring to life the project of the first supercar from Albania — Illyrian Pure Sport.

With his submission, the two-door received an aggressive «face» with vertical headlight units, catchy carbon inserts in a circle, as well as an exhaust system with two round pipes in the center of the stern. At the same time, it is possible that the renders show a far from final version of the model, and in the future its appearance may still change.

As for the technical stuffing, it has already been officially approved. The Albanian supercar is planned to be equipped with a 6.2-liter GM LT2 V8 engine with two turbines. Its power is 850 hp, and it works in tandem with the eight-band Tremec robot with two clutches.

In other words, for Illyrian Pure Sport, a modified «filling» from the Cherolet Corvette C8 Stingray is promised. Plus, the model should get four-wheel drive. According to preliminary data? such a car can accelerate from 0-100 km / h in 2.7 seconds, and the maximum speed can reach 375 km / h.

So far, Arrera Automobili is not ready to announce even the approximate timing of the appearance of the serial version of the Albanian supercar. It is not excluded that the project will continue to exist only “on paper”.
