Armored Lexus LX 600 from INKAS: it is not afraid of assault rifle fire.
The studio INKAS, engaged in creation of armored modifications, has presented another «fortress on wheels» — tuned Lexus LX 600.
Experts have installed armor on a Japanese SUV, and also replaced the standard windows with bulletproof analogues.
The vehicle got a reinforced suspension and additional protection of the bottom, engine and fuel tank.
The wheels were run-flat tires, not affected by bullets.
It is reported that LX 600 meets the protection class CEN 1063 BR6.
It could not only stand up to 7.62 mm assault rifles, but also simultaneous detonation of two DM51 grenades.
In addition, INKAS offers a number of different options for the modification.
For example, Japanese SUV can be equipped with night vision cameras, flame suppression system in the engine compartment and strobe lights.
Also for an extra fee offered sirens and speakerphone system, allowing passengers to safely communicate with people outside.
Other upgrades include heavy-duty wheels and a ten-piston brake system designed by tuners, which will be available to order by the end of 2022.
Tuners didn’t touch the engine of Lexus LX 600 that is why the automobile is moved by a standard 3,5-liter V6 with 415 hp and 649 Nm, working with ten-speed automat and permanent full drive.
From the factory, the SUV is capable of accelerating from 0-60 mph (96 km/h) in 6.9 seconds, but the INKAS modification is probably a bit slower.
The shop has already opened orders for this version, but its cost is not advertised.
