The new Exeed LX 2022 crossover is officially unveiled. Features and specifications of the novelty are disclosed.
Today the premium Chinese crossover Exeed LX 2022 for the Russian market has been unveiled.
It is already known that in our country the car will be offered in two configurations.
The model will be a competitor to all mid-priced parkettes.
The car has a beautiful body design. At the front you can notice the narrow headlights, which are connected to each other with a metal decorative plate.
Below is a very large air intake cutout with three horizontal slats as filler.
The side is attractive thanks to the large black overlays on the wheel arches, stylish rims and flowing lines.
The stern has wide lights, between which there is a thin strip acting as a brake light.
Also quite stylish looks bumper with rectangular exhaust pipes and metal protective trim.
No less interesting looks the interior of the model, which has a lot of modern technology, including dual digital panel, optional multimedia monitor and multifunction steering wheel with bottom «cutoff».
Also on the equipment list of the car is several airbags, panoramic sunroof, parktronic, premium acoustics with eight speakers, wireless charging, a full package of heating systems and a long list of different electronic safety assistants.
Under the hood of the crossover there is no alternative one and a half liter turbocharged power unit with a maximum output of 147 horsepower (210 N*m of torque).
The transmission is a variator, which sends the thrust to all four wheels. The car has compact dimensions.
The length of a Chinese novelty body is 4533 mm, width — 1848 mm, and height — 1690 mm.
Interaxle distance of this car is 2650 mm, so there is not so much space in the cabin, as it may seem on the photo.
The first version of the Exeed LX crossover is called Chasing Wind ET-i.
The car is available on the market in two configurations. The cost of the first is 149,800 yuan, which at the current exchange rate is equivalent to 2.65 million rubles, and the second — 159,800 yuan or 2.82 million rubles.
This variation has not changed externally, if compared with other modifications of the cross. Chinese model is still equipped with a large grille, which is represented by several horizontal inserts.
Just above it is installed narrowed head optics. Adding aggression to the exterior of the parkette are enlarged vents, which have a through design.
The body can be painted in one of the three colors: Li Taibai, Sima Grey and Ji Xiaolan.
The only difference between the new version and the standard gasoline cross is the installation of a battery charging interface on the fender on the driver’s side. And the manufacturer placed an exclusive nameplate on the stern.
In addition to the use of new light green upholstery, the manufacturer used a large amount of galvanic coating in the interior.
While all other exterior elements remained unchanged. But the list of options has expanded due to the traffic assistant in narrow streets and panoramic image.
Memory adjustment of rear-view mirrors, electric lumbar support of the captain’s seat, heated and ventilated front seats and a sunroof are also available to the car.
The cross is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with 156 horsepower and 230 N*m of torque.
It is paired with a 9-speed variator. Also a supercharged 1.6-liter unit with 197 hp and 290 N*m is available.
As the transmission in this case is a robotized gearbox with a wet double clutch for 7 gears.
