New 2024 Genesis G80 sedan. South Korean Genesis has finally declassified the new G80: it costs from 4 million.

Genesis has fully revealed the updated 2024 G80 sedan, including the price tag for the version for the South Korean market.

Thus, it is reported that the basic version of the car will cost 58.9 million won, which in rubles is about 4 million rubles.

The fresh G80 received full LED optics called Two-Line, and a huge display appeared in the cabin, combining the functionality of the dashboard and infotainment system.

The sedan’s radiator grille is made in the form of a double mesh, and the image is complemented by 20-inch alloy wheels.

Interestingly, technically the car is completely identical to its predecessor.

That is, a 2.5-liter unit with 304 hp will be available in the engine range for the Korean market. supercharged and twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 with 380 horsepower.

Regardless of the chosen engine, the buyer receives an 8-automatic transmission, but the drive can be either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.

The manufacturer also improved the G80 suspension, making the new product even more comfortable.

The Genesis G80 sedan has been updated according to the same scenario as the GV80 crossover.

It acquired Two-Line LED optics with microlens technology and a widescreen organic LED screen, which combined the “tidy” and the display of the multimedia system.

The radiator grille has a double mesh, 20-inch wheels of a new design are offered, and Bruclean Brown has been added to the body palette.

But there are no surprises in the engine range. The G80 will still be available in South Korea with a 2.5-liter turbo-four producing 304 horsepower or a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 producing 380 horsepower.

Both engines are combined with an eight-speed automatic transmission, rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Among the innovations are improved suspension settings, due to which the car has become more comfortable.

The lineup also includes the top-end G80 Sport, which features a fully controlled chassis with rear wheel steering and an e-LSD differential.

If a regular sedan costs from 58,900,000 won, then for the Sport version Koreans will have to pay 62,900,000 won (4.4 million rubles).

Outside of South Korea, the updated Genesis G80 will appear during 2024, but in Russia you should not wait for the model — it has not been officially sold in our country since last spring.

However, the G80 can be imported through parallel imports, although South Korea will tighten export controls from 2024.
