Rezvani Vengeance: a brutal off-road vehicle in military style based on the Cadillac Escalade.
The company Rezvani Motors from the American state of California has added a new three-row SUV Vengeance to its model lineup.
It is based on the latest generation Cadillac Escalade, the design of the body has been completely redesigned and offers a large number of unique options.
Founded nine years ago by an entrepreneur Ferris Rezvani, Rezvani Motors began with sports cars, but then switched to brutal SUVs with a pretty monster design, which seems to have success with the public.
The current Rezvani line already includes a mid-size SUV Tank based on the Jeep Wrangler and a 6×6 pickup Hercules based on the Jeep Gladiator, and this week a large SUV Vengeance (the name is translated as «revenge» or «retribution») based on the fifth generation Cadillac Escalade has joined them.
The Vengeance is built using the same recipe as the Tank and Hercules 6×6: the body has a completely unique exterior design in the spirit of an armored car from a sci-fi movie.
Thick body pillars and convex surfaces radically reduced the area of glazing and worsened visibility.
Massive angular bumpers, wide wheels on «toothy» 35-inch tires and additional lighting on the roof and hood complete the image.
The interior remains standard and seems too elegant against the brutal exterior. 7- or 8-seat configuration is available.
The photos show the basic seven-seat variant with two separate seats in the second row.
A three-seat sofa in the second row will cost an additional $1,500.
For $125,000, there are two luxurious VIP second-row seats with lots of adjustments, massagers, heating, ventilation, footrests, a bar, a movie theater, a ceiling with artificial stars and other kitschy attributes.
The base version of the Rezvani Vengeance costs $249,000, it is equipped with a standard 6.2-liter gasoline atmospheric V8 (426 hp, 623 Nm) paired with a 10-speed hydromechanical «automatic».
A 3.0-liter in-line six-cylinder turbodiesel (281 hp, 623 Nm) is offered for extra $3,500.
Well, those who need remarkable dynamics can order a compressor 6.2-liter petrol V8 from the «charged» Escalade-V (691 hp, 885 Nm) for additional payment in $85,000.
Another unavoidable option for such a car is the Military Package for $95,000.
It includes armored body with explosion protection, reinforced suspension, Run Flat tires (not afraid of punctures), smoke screen and blinding headlights in case of evasion from pursuit, the system of pepper spraying, siren and external speaker, night thermal imager, protection from electromagnetic pulse in case of atomic explosion, electromagnetic door locks, generously packed medical kit, body armor, helmets and gas masks for the entire crew.
A towbar and winch, an advanced night-vision system, loopholes, an on-board safe, solar panels with battery, a sport exhaust system, and more are also available at extra cost.
At «full stuffing,» the Rezvani Vengeance will cost more than $600,000. The company will forgive a $1,500 deposit to process the bid.
