The interior of the Geely Emgrand X7 is spacious, but the front seats have poorly developed lateral support, and their adjustment ranges are small.

In addition, questions arise about the location of the steering wheel, which for some reason is shifted slightly to the left relative to the driver’s seat.

But the back is quite comfortable, and even an armrest with cup holders and an outlet are available.

Both modifications presented on the Russian market do not shine with dynamics, and the version with the older 139-horsepower engine is still not particularly friendly with the machine gun.

When you press the gas pedal, the crossover can both quickly jerk forward and «dull» for a few seconds without any noticeable acceleration.

In general, you will have to get used to the character of the car, catching the pick up depending on the degree of accelerator squeezing.

The handling of the new Geely Emgrand X7 2019-2020 is also not enough stars from the sky — the car reacts to the steering wheel with a noticeable delay, although it holds the road well, and does not roll in corners.

The pluses include the suspension, which the Chinese have clearly tried to adapt to Russian roads.
