Mercedes-AMG One: production hypercar with Formula 1 technologies is presented.

The Germans have officially unveiled the long-awaited Mercedes-AMG One production hypercar.

The two-door was in development for many years and its release was postponed several times because of various problems of technical nature.

The production model has the most streamlined appearance and a number of active aerodynamic components.

For example, it has an extendable front splitter and opening «gills» on the fenders, which help to better evacuate air from the wheel arches.

In turn, the stern of the new Mercedes-AMG One has an antifender with a retractable section on its working plane.

Such fins start to generate additional downforce already at 50 km/h.

BMW X1 (U11): the Bavarians have officially presented the third generation crossover.

At the end of May 22, the world premiere of the compact crossover BMW X1 of the new (third by the account) generation in the U11 body took place.

From the front and from the side, the model now is in many respects similar to its big brothers — X3 and X5. In particular, it got similar headlights with inverted L-shaped headlights.

«Nostrils» of a radiator grill at the all-roader became appreciably bigger and have almost square rectangular shape. However, they are still far from ginormous size (as on the X7).

The model is characterized by recessed door handles and a long roof line, ending with a noticeable spoiler.

It is reported that its aerodynamic drag coefficient Cx is 0.26 (it was 0.28).

A Koenigsegg Gemera-style Wildcat EV concept has been unveiled.

Buick company has presented its concept Wildcat EV. It demonstrates the vector of its brand identity and hints at the upcoming transformation.

Buick will unveil its first electric car in 2024, and perhaps some of the solutions it will borrow exactly from the Wildcat.

In the future, the Wildcat will become a platform for introducing new features — such as artificial intelligence, biometrics and aromatherapy.

In particular, the electronics can monitor the driver’s heart rate, and in case of stress it can dim the lights in the cabin, activate the massage function (in the seat) and «disperse» a pleasant smell.

The Toyota GR86 2023 Special Edition gets several exterior changes.

The body of the car is painted a bright orange shade, which makes the model extremely noticeable on the road. But this is not the only update.

Another exhaust system has been added, producing an impressive sound.

The Dongfeng DF6 pickup, the brother of the Nissan Navara, has reached Russia.

On our market the Chinese truck is represented in the only configuration with a diesel engine and all-wheel drive.

Dongfeng has been nurturing the idea of selling a frame pickup in Russia for a long time: in particular, the model under the name Rich was demonstrated at the Moscow International Motor Show 2016.

And now the truck finally made it to our market, although it is not the vehicle that was previously shown to the Russian public, but a more recent model built on the basis of the current generation Nissan Navara.

In its homeland, this Dongfeng pickup is called Rich 6, but the Russian version received index DF6.
